Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Vezzoly, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Vezzoly is a SaaS platform for restaurants that provides a QR digital menu, real-time table ordering, a kitchen display system (KDS) and, on the Premium plan, integrated payment processing via Stripe.

Vezzoly offers three plans: Basic, Pro and Premium. Current prices are displayed on the pricing page. During the launch period all plans are available at no charge.

When paid plans are activated, billing will be monthly and in advance. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

On the Premium plan, Vezzoly applies a 1% fee on payments processed through the integrated gateway, in addition to Stripe's own fees.

You agree not to use Vezzoly for unlawful purposes, to attempt to compromise the platform's security, to resell or sublicense access without authorisation, or to upload content that infringes third-party rights.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. During the free launch period no SLA is committed. Service level commitments will be defined when paid plans are activated.

All rights in the Vezzoly platform, brand and software belong to Vezzoly. Your content (menus, products, images) remains yours; you grant Vezzoly a limited licence to display and process it solely to provide the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vezzoly shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you in the three months prior to the claim.

Either party may terminate the relationship at any time. Vezzoly reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of [PENDING — city], unless mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise.
